Tickets to watch Cristiano Ronaldo train with Portugal's national team in an open session on Friday at the team's headquarters for the 2024 European Football Championship in Westphalia were sold for 800 euros ($858.32).
Ronaldo, the all-time leading scorer for men's national teams with 128 goals in 204 official matches, will participate in the European Championship for the sixth time after reaching the final in his first appearance in the tournament in 2004 and winning the title in 2016 in France.
Ronaldo, 39, has been playing for Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr since 2023.
The 6,000 tickets for the training session sold out in minutes when they were put up for sale, and some are now being offered in small quantities for hundreds of euros.
Many tickets were offered for 400 euros, while others were sold for 800 euros on a German website.
Portugal will play the Czech Republic in their opening match in Group Six on June 18 before facing Turkey and Georgia.
